The New York Stock Exchange, a unit of NYSE Euronext (NYX), today announced that it will hold its Second Annual Floor Broker Charity Trading Day on Friday, Oct. 15, 2010. On that day all net transaction fees on orders executed by floor brokers in NYSE and NYSE Amex securities will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, one of the world’s premier pediatric cancer research centers.

In the month of September, price improved contracts on BOX increased to an average of 234,917 per day, setting a fresh all-time record and continuing their impressive ascent.
