  • Tate & Lyle To Join FTSE 100 Index

    FTSE Group (“FTSE”) confirms today that global ingredients and food solutions provider Tate & Lyle (TATE.L) will be joining the FTSE 100 Index. In the rebalance, international leisure travel group TUI Travel (TUI.L) will leave the UK’s leading index and enter the FTSE 250 Index.

  • SEC Enters Cease And Desist Order In Connection With Online Campaign To Buy Beer Company

    The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced a settlement with two advertising executives who launched a campaign to buy a beer company through a solicitation of investors on Facebook and Twitter without first registering with securities regulators and making the necessary disclosures.

  • Dow Jones Indexes Launches Four Bond Indexes For Costa Rica

    Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, LVA Indices (LVA), the leading fixed income index and pricing provider in Chile, and Proveedor Integral de Precios (PiP), a leading index and pricing provider in Latin America, today announced the launch of four bond indexes for Costa Rica as part of the Dow Jones LATixx index family. These indexes are designed to measure the performance of the Costa Rican government’s debt instruments in local currency and U.S. dollars.
