  • Japan’s Financial Services Agency: Administrative Actions Against RBS Securities Japan Limited

    The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) conducted an inspection on RBS Securities Japan Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RBS Securities”), and found a violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (hereinafter referred to as ''FIEA''). On April 5, 2013, the SESC recommended to take administrative action against RBS Securities.

  • Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Doing Simulation Test Of Egg Products Trading System

    To simulate the successful launch and trading of egg futures, it is decided that Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) will conduct trading system networking test between 9:00 and 11.30 in the morning of April 13 (Saturday). All member units are required to assign ahead of time their trading floor traders and personnel related to distant trading system and settlement system to participate in the test.

  • Dalian Commodity Exchange: Notice On Revising Rules On Settlement Prices Of Non-traded Contracts

    Upon discussion and approval by the board of directors of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) and reporting to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, DCE has revised the rules concerning the settlement prices and the closing prices of the non-traded contracts in the “DCE Detailed Trading Rules” and the “DCE Detailed Settlement Rules”, with an aim to meet the market development, further improve the mechanism for determining the settlement prices of non-traded contracts and avoid the excessive deviation in the prices of the non-traded contracts. The revised version of the rules is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of April 15, 2013.
