IOSCO Publishes Principles For Oil Price Reporting Agencies

The Board of the International Organization of Securities Commissions has published today its final report on Principles for Oil Price Reporting Agencies (PRAs), which sets out principles intended to enhance the reliability of oil price assessments that are referenced in derivative contracts subject to regulation by IOSCO members.

• Following the semi-annual review in September the FTSE ST Small Cap Index is made up of 81 stocks. The full market capitalisation of the index totals S$31.5 billion.
• The FTSE ST Small Cap Index gained 7.02% in September versus the FTSE All Share Index which gained 1.86%. In the 12 months ending with the last trading session of September, the FTSE ST Small Cap Index had gained 20.80%.
• The top 5 performing small cap stocks in September were Yoma Strategic Holdings, Ausgroup, Ezion Holding, Midas Holdings and SC Global.
