Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market Bulletin 8 July,2013 (Issue 7)

The first trading week of the second half of 2013 recorded an all-over rise on Shenzhen market. Shenzhen Component Index closed at 7856.6 points after gaining 2.1%. SME Index moved higher to 4650.1 points after gaining 4.3%. ChiNext Index rose by 4.5% and stood at 1057.3 points. Total turnover for stocks and funds on SZSE was US$ 78.5 bil-lion, or a 1.6% decrease from the week before.

S&P Dow Jones Indices Announces Changes To The S&P/TSX Canadian Indices - A Deletion From The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:

The shares of Midway Gold Corp. (TSXVN:MDW) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, July 15, 2013. The company will graduate to trade on TSX under the same ticker symbol.

MIAX Options Exchange: Market For Underlying Security Used For Openings On MIAX For Option Classes

Regulatory Circular 2013-43 identifies the exchange to be used as the "market for the underlying security" for purposes of Openings on the Exchange as per MIAX Rule 503(d) for symbols ORCL and FOXA.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that Judge Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California entered an Order of Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction against Michael J. Leighton of Torrance, California. The Order, entered on July 8, 2013, stems from a CFTC enforcement action filed on May 8, 2012 charging Leighton with solicitation fraud and issuing false statements in connection with the operation of a commodity trading pool (see CFTC Release 6256-12).
