S&P Capital IQ, a leading provider of multi-asset class research, data and analytics, today announced a long-term, strategic agreement with Tullett Prebon Information (TPI), part of Tullett Prebon, one of the world’s largest inter-dealer brokers. The deal covers broad use rights across all business units and divisions of S&P Capital IQ’s parent company, McGraw Hill Financial (NYSE:MHFI), including S&P Capital IQ, Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, S&P Dow Jones Indices and Platts. The terms provide for expansive use and redistribution of TPI data by MHFI companies.

Powernext Becomes AIB Member - Exports And Imports Of Guarantees Of Origin Are Now Enabled On The French National Registry

The AIB (Association of Issuing Bodies) Board has officially accepted Powernext as a member. The AIB counts 19 European registries and has the mission of promoting a European standard for guarantees of origin (European Energy Certificate System - "EECS"). The EECS standard insures that guarantee certificates are issued, transferred and used according to reliable procedures. Moreover, the association puts at the disposal of its members a technical connection allowing all participants to import and export guarantees of origin electronically. In order to insure the greatest reliability of the European guarantee of origin scheme, the AIB membership relies on a thorough certification regarding registry process, systems and rules.
