(MNS) (www.mnscredit.com) has become the latest Credit Management Company to be approved as a Validation Agent in the Global Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) System. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has upgraded Thailand’s economic outlook this year to 4.4 percent from 3.6 percent earlier forecast, underpinned by the growing domestic demand and private consumption propelled by the government’s fiscal stimulus. As the global inflation is cooling faster than expected, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) has kept its short-term interest unchanged at 5.25-5.50 percent until higher confidence that inflation will be eased to 2 percent in a sustainable manner.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced settled accounting fraud charges against Cloopen Group Holding Limited, a China-based provider of cloud communications products and services whose American depositary shares formerly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The SEC determined not to impose civil penalties against Cloopen because the company self-reported its accounting issues, cooperated extensively with the staff’s investigation, and undertook prompt remedial measures.

The rule defines dealer in a way that is inconsistent with the statutory framework within which it sits and will distort market behavior and degrade market quality.
