  • APGMI To Hold EGM For Delisting From GXG

    Asia Pacific Gold Mining Investment Lt (APGMI) is today confirming that it will immediately seek to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and pass a resolution for the delisting of the company from the GXG stock exchange. The EGM is planned to be held in New Brunswick near the end of June 2015 and shareholders will be informed of exact date, time and location via physical mail.

    In a case brought by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Scott Crawley, Dale Walker, Daniel Forsyth, Brendan Daley, Aaron Petrou, Ross Peters, Adam Hawkins, and Ricky Mitchie have been convicted for their parts in the operation of an unauthorised collective investment scheme which led to 110 investors losing over £4.3 million.

    This spring marks the end of the Federal Reserve's calendar-based forward guidance and the return to full data dependency in the setting of the federal funds rate. So it is notable that just as policymaking is becoming more anchored in meeting-by-meeting assessments of the data, the data are presenting a mixed picture that lends itself to materially different readings.
