Clearstream: Trayport Connects To REGIS-TR For REMIT Reporting - Trayport Extends Its EMIR Connectivity To REMIT By Connecting To REGIS-TR’s Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM)

Market participants using Trayport will be able to report their obligations under REMIT thanks to an extended collaboration between Trayport and the European trade repository REGIS-TR. The Regulation on Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT) requires market participants to report wholesale energy market contracts within the EU to a Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM). REGIS-TR is a joint venture between Clearstream (Deutsche Börse Group) and Iberclear (BME Group) and one of a number of RRMs that Trayport will be connecting to.

Deutsche Börse Launches Venture Network To Fund Young Growth Companies - Programme Designed To Connect Growth Companies And Professional Investors - 27 Growth Companies And 42 Investors Already Active On The Platform

Today Deutsche Börse launched its “Deutsche Börse Venture Network” together with State Secretary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Matthias Machnig. The programme aims to improve funding opportunities for young growth companies. The official opening ceremony was attended by 27 companies and 42 investors already registered on the platform. The Deutsche Börse Venture Network brings young and high-growth companies and international investors together, providing opportunities for effective growth funding and the development of an extensive network.

Japan's Financial Services Agency: Stewardship Code : 191 Institutional Investors Have Signed Up To The Principles For Responsible Institutional Investors

The Council of Experts Concerning the Japanese Version of the Stewardship Code (Chairman: Professor Hiroyuki Kansaku, The University of Tokyo) published the Principles for Institutional Investors (Japan’s Stewardship Code) in February 27, 2014. The Council requested the FSA to publish and periodically update the list of institutional investors who announced their acceptance of the Code.
