Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced today that First Trust will list one new exchange-traded fund (ETF), the First Trust Nasdaq CEA Cybersecurity ETF (Symbol: CIBR), today, July 7, 2015 on The Nasdaq Stock Market®. The ETF, which is based off of the Nasdaq CEA Cybersecurity IndexSM, is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in the cybersecurity segment of the technology and industrials sectors. It includes companies primarily involved in the building, implementation, and management of security protocols applied to private and public networks, computers, and mobile devices in order to provide protection of the integrity of data and network operations.

We welcomed our new Greek colleague and listened to his assessment of the situation after the "No" vote in Greece. There were no new proposals at this point from the Greek minister, and the first step will be that the Greek government will send the Eurogroup a new request; a new request letter for ESM support and as soon as this comes in - hopefully already tomorrow morning - we will have another Eurogroup conference call to formally start the process of dealing with this request. I will first ask the institutions to look at the financial situation in Greece, their finances and debt sustainability, and then the institutions will come back to us and we will see if we can formally start the negotiations. All this has to be done in a matter of days. We have very little time, as you are all aware. Thanks.
EBA Issues Advice On Securitisation

Following the public hearing held on June 26, the EBA published the full text of its advice to the European Commission on a framework for qualifying securitisation. The EBA advice had been disclosed last week during the public hearing, so that concerned stakeholders could receive advance information on the EBA's proposed criteria for defining simple standard and transparent securitisation transactions.

Egyptian Exchange: Shares Available For Performing Specialized Activities - Margin Trading, Intra-Day Trading

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) trading committee chaired by Dr. Mohammad Omran, EGX chairman, met for the periodic review of stock allowed for performing specialized activities on them (Margin trading, intra-day trading) where the Committee decided to amend the 2 lists of stocks stock allowed for performing specialized activities on them to become according to the first list (a) 78 companies instead of 84 and the list (b) becomes 56 companies instead of 49. This decision will be active as of the trading session of Sunday 02/08/2015.
