CFFEX: Notice On Issues Related To The Delivery Of Equity Index Futures And Options Contracts

Pursuant to the Trading Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange and relevant detailed implementation rules, the last trading day of a CSI 300 Index futures, SSE 50 Index futures, CSI 500 Index futures, CSI 300 Index options, CSI 1000 Index futures, CSI 1000 Index options, and SSE 50 Index options contract is the third Friday of the expiry month. Where the last trading day is a public holiday or trading of that contract is suspended on that day for extraordinary situations or other reasons, the last trading day shall be postponed to the following trading day. Accordingly, the last trading day of IF2403, IH2403, IC2403, IO2403(CSI 300 Index options contracts expiring in March 2024), IM2403,MO2403(CSI 1000 Index options contracts expiring in March 2024),and HO2403(SSE 50 Index options contracts expiring in March 2024) is March 15, 2024.

• The TF2412 5-year China government bond futures contract is scheduled to be listed on March 11, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of RMB 102.95.
• The T2412 10-year China government bond futures contract is scheduled to be listed on March 11, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of RMB 104.05.
• The TS2412 2-year China government bond futures contract is scheduled to be listed on March 11, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of RMB 101.492.
• The TL2412 30-year China government bond futures contract is scheduled to be listed on March 11, 2024 at the listing benchmark price of RMB 106.7

SEC Charges Skechers With Making Undisclosed Payments To Executives’ Family Members - Company Also Charged With Failing To Disclose Outstanding Loans To Its Executives

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Skechers U.S.A. Inc., a footwear company based in California, agreed to settle charges for failing to disclose payments for the benefit of its executives and their immediate family members. Skechers agreed to pay a $1.25 million civil penalty to settle the SEC’s charges.
