Colt, a leading international network and ICT provider, today announced a major revamp of their advanced fibre-optic network, as well as extensive Layer 2 network expansion in Japan. This will enable high-bandwidth services with speeds ranging from 10Gbps up to 100Gbps on mass scale, with greater routes and diversity. The phased expansion of both available services and coverage areas is slated to begin in January 2017.

Bursa Malaysia Registers Profit After Tax And Minority Interest Of Rm143.5 Million For Nine Months Ended 30 September 2016

Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia” or “the Exchange”) recorded a marginal drop of 3.1 per cent in profit after tax and minority interest (“PATAMI”) at RM143.5 million for the nine months ended 30 September 2016 (“9M2016”), compared to the same period last year. Operating revenue dropped marginally to RM360.2 million and operating expenses registered a slight increase of 3.8 per cent to RM181.4 million.

The symbolic ringing of the opening bell announced today’s event at the headquarters of BM&FBOVESPA, in São Paulo. This initiative is part of the leading provider of technology solutions Bloomberg Tradebook’s global campaign to raise funds for social causes supported by the company around the world. Since the start of Charity Day in 2012, Bloomberg Tradebook has raised around $4 million. This year, Bloomberg will also host events in New York, London and Hong Kong.

US Justice Department: Embraer Agrees To Pay More Than $107 Million To Resolve Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Charges - Parallel Resolutions With The Securities And Exchange Commission And Brazilian Authorities Equaling $97 Million In Disgorgement Also Announced Today

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer S.A. (Embraer) entered into a resolution to resolve criminal charges and agreed to pay a penalty of more than $107 million in connection with schemes involving the bribery of government officials in the Dominican Republic, Saudi Arabia and Mozambique, and to pay millions more in falsely recorded payments in India via a sham agency agreement.
