Securities Commission Malaysia Charges Former Executive Director Of Kencana Petroleum For Insider Trading

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) today charged a former Executive Director of Kencana Petroleum Bhd, and two other individuals with insider trading. Yeow Kheng Chew (Yeow), 64, was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court for acquiring 1,159,000 shares on 8 July 2011 whilst in possession of inside information.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that Judge John Z. Lee of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois entered an Order of Final Judgment by Default (Order) that requires Defendants Vault Options, Ltd. (Vault) and Global Trader 365 (GT 365), two Israeli web-based binary options firms, to jointly and severally pay a $3 million civil monetary penalty and $1,587,731 in restitution to their defrauded customers. The Court’s Order also imposes permanent injunctions and permanent trading bans against the two entities.

CBOE Holdings Declares Increased Third-Quarter 2016 Dividend

(NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors declared an increased dividend of $0.25 per share for the third quarter of 2016, representing a 9 percent increase compared to the prior quarter's dividend of $0.23 per share. The third-quarter dividend is payable on September 16, 2016, to stockholders of record as of September 2, 2016.
