Deutsche Börse: CEINEX And Bank Of China Announce Cooperation
Bank of China (BoC) and the China Europe International Exchange (CEINEX) today announced that they have signed a memorandum of understanding. The signing ceremony was part of the Chinese-German government consultation taking place from 29-30 October.

ASIC Publishes Changes To Market Integrity Rules
ASIC today published amendments to ASIC market integrity rules to ensure warrants and exchange traded funds (ETFs) admitted to quotation on Chi-X Australia Pty Ltd (Chi-X)’s new investment product market are subject to an appropriate regulatory regime. This follows the recent variation to Chi-X’s Australian market licence and amendments to Chi-X’s operating rules.

Japan Exchange Group Consolidated Financial Results For The Six Months Ended September 30, 2015, Based On IFRS, Unaudited
- Net income rose 46.6% year-on-year on the back of increased cash equities and derivatives trading and effective cost-cutting measures.
- The full-year earnings and dividend forecasts were revised upward on September 24, taking into account earnings performance and recent market conditions.
- A 2-for-1 stock split was conducted with an effective date of October 1, 2015.

Canadian Regulators Finalize Offering Memorandum Exemption
The securities regulatory authorities in Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Québec and Saskatchewan (collectively, the participating jurisdictions) today published Multilateral CSA Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions Relating to the Offering Memorandum Exemption. The amendments will introduce an offering memorandum prospectus exemption in Ontario and will modify the existing offering memorandum exemption in Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Québec and Saskatchewan to strengthen investor protection. As a result of the amendments, the offering memorandum exemption will now be available in all jurisdictions of Canada.
