TMX Group Statement Regarding Index Inclusion

It has come to our attention that erroneous information was broadly disseminated into the marketplace asserting that TMX Group Limited (TSX:X) had been removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index. TMX is hereby notifying all market participants of this error and has confirmed with S&P Dow Jones Indices that TMX Group remains a constituent of the index.
