Alberta Securities Commission Finds John Rochard And Global Social Capital Partners Breached Alberta Securities Laws
The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has found that John Byron Rochard and Global Social Capital Partners, Inc. illegally traded in Global Social securities (before September 28, 2009), illegally distributed Global Social securities and made materially untrue statements to investors. An ASC panel also found that Global Social failed to file required exempt-distribution reports and that Rochard authorized, permitted or acquiesced in Global Social's contraventions of Alberta securities laws.

US Justice Department Reaches $470 Million Joint State-Federal Settlement With HSBC To Address Mortgage Loan Origination, Servicing And Foreclosure Abuses
The Justice Department, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, along with 49 state attorneys general and the District of Columbia’s attorney general, have reached a $470 million agreement with HSBC Bank USA NA and its affiliates (collectively, HSBC) to address mortgage origination, servicing and foreclosure abuses.

CFTC Charges Dania Beach, Florida Resident Rico Omar Cox With Commodity Trading Advisor Fraud - Cox Allegedly Used Websites Such As Craigslist To Fraudulently Solicit Approximately $500,000 From Investors
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it filed a civil injunctive anti-fraud enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against 29-year-old Rico Omar Cox (aka Omar Negron) of Dania Beach, Florida. The CFTC Complaint charges that, beginning in at least August 2010 through March 2015, Cox fraudulently solicited his trading services for managed commodity futures accounts, and lost most of the $499,000 he traded for or on behalf of at least nine clients.

A turnover of 5.087 billion shares worth N18.487 billion in 16,711 deals were traded this week by investors on the floor of the Exchange in contrast to a total of 1.133 billion shares valued at N9.463 billion that exchanged hands last week in 16,680 deals.
