    Following the publication by ESMA of the latest double volume cap calculations under the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFID), UBS MTF will implement a six-month suspension of the Reference Price Waiver ('RPW') for an additional 52 instruments, effective from Wednesday 11 July 2018.

The new SAP Cloud Platform-based solution, called SAP Market Rates Management, offers out–of-the-box connectivity to comprehensive pricing and reference data from the Thomson Reuters Financial and Risk business and is available to SAP customers worldwide.

    FIA’s board of directors is in Washington this week to meet with regulators and members of Congress to press for policies that promote a fair and competitive landscape for the futures and cleared derivatives industry.  On the agenda will be discussions regarding the unfair treatment of capital rules for cleared derivatives; a call for the Senate to confirm a full complement of commissioners at the CFTC; and implementing cross-border regulation that ensures open access to markets and fair competition.

    CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, and Cheniere Energy, Inc., a pioneer in the liquefaction and export of U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG), reached an agreement through which CME Group will develop an LNG futures contract with physical delivery to Cheniere's Sabine Pass terminal on the U.S. Gulf Coast.
