The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), have signed an addendum (Addendum) to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Governing Listing Matters.
