  • Nadex Schedule For Memorial Day And The Week Of May 27, 2019

    Nadex will observe the following product specific trading hours for the week of May 27, 2019:

    Monday, May 27, 2019:  The Exchange will be closed for trading on Monday’s trade date.  Customer Service will be available beginning at 2:00pm ET, and the Exchange will reopen at 6:00pm ET for Tuesday’s trade date.

    Thank you, Peter [Easton] for that kind introduction. I appreciate the chance to be with you at today’s conference to discuss Hot Topics at the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is a small population of people who would describe anything the SEC does as hot, but I suspect there are more than a few in this room who might be a part of that unusual crowd. Given that we share an interest in these issues, I hope that we can keep the conversation as interactive as possible, but I will start with a few observations about SEC rulemaking and the SEC’s agenda.   • EBA Advises On The Equivalence Of Supervisory And Regulatory Requirements For Argentina

    The European Banking Authority (EBA) published its Opinion addressed to the European Commission following its assessment of non-EU countries' equivalence with the EU prudential supervision and regulatory requirements, whereby it concluded that the supervisory and regulatory framework applicable to credit institutions in Argentina can be regarded as equivalent to that applied in the Union.

  • BME: Changes To The Technical Advisory Committee Of The IBEX Indices
