Good morning.  Thank you very much Matteo for that kind introduction.  Before I begin, let me quickly say that the views I express today are my own and do not represent the views of the Commission.  For those of you not familiar with the Commission’s mission, the CFTC is responsible for regulating the derivatives markets in the United States.  As such, we have oversight authority over the futures and swaps market, including derivatives on commodity cryptocurrencies.

Financial Statements Of The Third Quarter 2018 For Companies Listed At The Amman Stock Exchange

The Chief Executive Officer of the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) Mr. Nader Azar said that the ASE is still receiving the quarterly reports of the period ended in September 30, 2018, from all companies listed at the ASE which have been reviewed by their auditors.  The listed companies must submit quarterly reports reviewed by their auditors within one month after the end of the said quarter by virtue to the Directives for Listing Securities at the ASE for the year 2018.
