SEC Issues Agenda For Dec. 11 Meeting Of Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee

The Securities and Exchange Commission today released the agenda for a Dec. 11 telephonic meeting of its Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee. The committee provides the Commission with advice and recommendations on Commission rules, regulations and policy matters relating to small businesses, from privately-held emerging companies to smaller public companies. SIFMA Roundtable Unveils 2020 Economic Outlook: Trade, Global Growth, And U.S. Political Shock Key Risk Factors In Forecast

Today, SIFMA unveiled the results of its biannual survey of the chief U.S. economists of many of SIFMA’s global and regional firms. Compared with the June survey, the economists surveyed increased their GDP growth estimates by 0.05% for 2019 to a median forecast of 2.2%, on a fourth quarter over fourth quarter basis. For 2020, however, the median forecast was lowered by 0.1 percentage points to 1.8%, on a fourth quarter over fourth quarter basis.

TeamViewer And VARTA To Be Included In MDAX - No Changes In DAX - Changes Will Become Effective On 23 December

On Wednesday, Qontigo’s index provider STOXX Ltd. announced changes to the DAX index family, which will become effective on 23 December 2019. The shares of TeamViewer AG as well as the shares of VARTA AG will be included in the MDAX index and will replace the shares of 1+1 Drillisch AG and Fielmann AG which will be included in SDAX.
