The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, has today launched a Consultation Paper (CP) reviewing the transparency regime for non-equity instruments and the trading obligation for derivatives under the Market in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR).
