NSD Begins Disclosing Share Of Non-Resident Investment In Russian Government Bonds

The National Settlement Depository (NSD), part of the Moscow Exchange Group, has started publishing data on the share of Russian government bonds (OFZ) held by non-residents. Daily updates on the balances of OFZs per issue kept on accounts with the NSD will be published in the public domain.

The Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width tables used for opening the SPY April 17, 2020 expiration have been adjusted accordingly.

During extreme market conditions, MIAX Options may implement certain changes in regards to the opening of SPY options on SPIKES Settlement Day. These could include:

• Expanding the maximum quote widths for the Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width
• Delay the opening of SPY options used to calculate the final SPIKES Settlement Price
• If MIAX is not able to determine the final settlement value for SPIKES options, determine the final settlement value in accordance with The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC)’s By-Laws
