  • China Financial Futures Exchange: Notice On Delivery Of Equity Index Futures And Options Contracts

    The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on March 20, 2020 at their respective final settlement prices:

    • IF2003 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2003 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 3624.55;
    • IC2003 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 5175.80;
    • IH2003 SSE 50 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2607.11.

  • First Corporate Bond Under Registration-Based System Issued On Shanghai Stock Exchange

    In order to thoroughly implement the relevant work arrangements made by the State Council, under the leadership of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has earnestly studied and enforced the new "Securities Law" and spared no effort to ensure the sound implementation of the registration-based system for bonds. On March 16, China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. issued the first corporate bond on the SSE under the registration-based system. SInce the company was eligible for the optimized procedure of financing regulatory review, the project took only 11 working days to complete the procedures of application acceptance, review, registration and issuance. The efficiency of review and registration for corporate bonds isgreatly improved, and the bond issuance becomes more market-oriented. By March 16, the SSE had accepted the applications for the first batch of 54 corporate bonds to be publicly issued under the registration-based systems, with a planned financing size of RMB297.6 billion.


  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange Conducted 2019 Individual Investors Survey

    To have a systematic understanding of the individual investor group, track changes in the investor structure and behavioral characteristics and improve investor education services and investor protection in a more pertinent and effective way, SZSE recently conducted a survey on individual investors in 2019. The framework of the survey is similar to previous ones, mainly involving investor structure, knowledge level, investment concepts, transaction behavior and investor education demand. The survey also touches upon investors’ opinions on the hot issues in capital market.
