Iris Weidinger, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Management Board of European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) for personal reasons. In its meeting on 25 June 2020, the Supervisory Board of EEX AG complied with her request and approved the termination agreement, whereby Iris Weidinger resigns from all positions at EEX Group as of 30June 2020.
