(“C&D Paper”), Zhejiang Yongan Capital Management Co., Ltd. (“ Yongan Capital”) and Jinyi Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Jinyi Company”) to be the designated factories of bleached softwood kraft pulp (“designated factory”).
