  • Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission Suspends Choi Sau Wai For Seven Months

    The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has suspended Ms Choi Sau Wai, a former licensed representative of Glory Sun Securities Limited (GSSL), for seven months from 23 January 2026 to 22 August 2026.

  • Shanghai Futures Exchange: Nickel Futures And Options, And TSR20, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil And Bonded Copper Options Approved As Specified Products

    Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has released a circular that confirmed Nickel Futures and Options of Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) to be Specified Domestic Products, and approved Shanghai International Energy Exchange (INE) to register TSR20, Low Sulfur Fuel Oil and Bonded Copper Options as Specified Domestic Products. Nickel futures will be the first duty-paid non-ferrous metal futures product on SHFE that is directly opened to global investors, and INE will have full coverage of options on corresponding mature futures products with the listing of three new options. This marked a key step in SHFE’s internationalization efforts, and also an important measure in serving China’s opening up initiative and enhancing the pricing benchmarks of key commodities.

(TSE) has promoted English disclosure by listed companies in order to enhance convenience for overseas investors and enable them to make appropriate investment decisions based on the disclosed information. As part of this effort, TSE has been conducting surveys on the English disclosure implementation status of listed companies and providing a list of the results on its website to a wide range of people including overseas investors.
