The MIAX Exchange Group will be participating in the 2021 SIFMA BCP Testing on Saturday, October 23, 2021.  All members that are required to test with MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and/or MIAX Pearl Equities Exchanges in accordance with Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (Regulation SCI) have been notified.  However, all members are encouraged to test.

Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Releases CRA Evaluations For 19 National Banks And Federal Savings Associations

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of August 1, 2021 through August 31, 2021.  The list contains only national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings.  The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance.

US Justice Department Files Second Civil Contempt Claim Against CenturyLink - CenturyLink Agrees To Pay $275,000 To Settle Violation Of Amended Final Judgment

CenturyLink Inc., now known as Lumen Technologies Inc., has agreed to pay $275,000 to resolve a civil contempt claim by the Department of Justice arising from CenturyLink’s violations of the Amended Final Judgment that was designed to preserve competition following CenturyLink’s 2018 acquisition of Level 3 Communications Inc.
