    The FCA has announced proposals to stop the practice of ‘claims management phoenixing’, by banning Claims Management Companies (CMCs) from managing Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) claims where they have a relevant connection to the claim.

    The revised Gold Futures Contract of Shanghai Futures Exchange has been accepted by the Shanghai Futures Exchange Board of Directors and reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The revised Gold Futures Contract of Shanghai Futures Exchange shall take effect since May 17th, 2021.
