Former Redcentric CFO Sentenced To Five And A Half Years Imprisonment

Today, former Redcentric Plc CFO, Tim Coleman, was sentenced to five and a half years imprisonment and disqualified from being a director for ten years having been found guilty of two offences of making false and misleading statements to the market, and three offences of false accounting.

SEC: City National Rochdale To Pay More Than $30 Million For Undisclosed Conflicts Of Interest - Harmed Investors To Receive Amounts Recovered

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that registered investment adviser City National Rochdale, LLC (CNR) has agreed to pay more than $30 million to settle charges that its undisclosed conflicts of interest defrauded current and prospective clients. The money CNR pays will be placed into an SEC Fair Fund for distribution to harmed investors.
