Real estate has become an essential part of institutional investment portfolios and is now established as a source of diversification and added value in the context of multi-class portfolio construction. A variety of real estate investment vehicles have been designed over time to match investors’ needs and provide solutions to the challenges that are typical of direct investing. The use of non-listed real estate collective investment schemes has been widely explored and analysed in academic and industry research but there is no published research focusing on French non-listed real estate vehicles to the notable exception of Schoeffler (2020).

Virtual Card Transaction Values To Increase By 370% Globally In 5 Years - B2B Payments Driving Value: Juniper Research

A new study by Juniper Research has found that the global value of virtual card transactions will reach $6.8 trillion in 2026, from $1.9 trillion in 2021. Virtual cards, secure digital cards with randomly generated details, will show strong growth as they are increasingly used for B2B payments. The research identified that businesses will value the simplicity of virtual cards, compared to the expensive and slow methods still being used, such as cheque payments, which remain popular in the US.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore Partners IMF, World Bank And Others To Launch Global Challenge For Retail CBDC Solutions

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) today announced the launch of a global challenge for retail Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) solutions (Global CBDC Challenge). Launched in partnership with the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, United Nations Capital Development Fund, United Nations High Commission for Refugees, United Nations Development Programme, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Global CBDC Challenge seeks innovative retail CBDC solutions to enhance payment efficiencies and promote financial inclusion.
