Fully Implement Scientific Regulation And Classified Regulation And Focus On Cultivating A Group Of High-Quality Listed Companies -- Evaluation Results On Information Disclosure By Shenzhen Stock Exchange-Listed Companies Released

SZSE recently completed the evaluation of information disclosure by companies listed on the Main Board and the ChiNext Board in 2020. Among the 2,350 SZSE-listed companies evaluated, 417 received an A, accounting for 17.74%, 1,529 received a B, accounting for 65.06%, 308 received a C, accounting for 13.11%, and 96 received a D, accounting for 4.09%. Compared to the last evaluation period, the number of companies receiving an A or B rose by 1.43%, while that of companies obtaining a C or D declined by 1.43%, indicating a stable improvement in the overall quality of information disclosure by SZSE-listed companies.

CalPERS today reported a preliminary 21.3% net return on investments for the 12-month period that ended June 30, 2021. CalPERS assets at the end of the fiscal year stood at more than $469 billion. The preliminary 21.3% return lagged behind the fiscal year total fund benchmark of 21.7%.

BOX Exchange LLC (“BOX”) recently filed SR-BOX-2021-12 detailing the industry-wide proposal1 to limit the intervals between strikes initiated or multiply listed equity options classes, excluding ETFs and ETNs, within the Short Term Options Series program having an expiration date more than 21 days from the listing date. As detailed in the filing, the industry-wide proposal was implemented on July 1, 2021.

ISDA-Clarus RFR Adoption Indicator: June 2021

ISDA-Clarus RFR Adoption Indicator increased to an all-time high of 11.7% in June compared to 10.8% the prior month. The indicator tracks how much global trading activity (as measured by DV01) is conducted in cleared over-the-counter and exchange-traded interest rate derivatives (IRD) that reference the identified risk-free rates (RFRs) in six major currencies. On a traded notional basis, the percentage of RFR-linked IRD comprised 11.4% of total IRD in June compared to 11.8% the prior month.
