Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission: Warning Statement On Unregulated Virtual Asset Platforms

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is aware that Binance has offered trading services in stock tokens (Stock Tokens) in a number of jurisdictions and is concerned that these services may also be offered to Hong Kong investors. The SFC wishes to make it clear that no entity in the Binance group is licensed or registered to conduct “regulated activity” in Hong Kong.

BIST Market Cap Weighted Stock Indices Ground Rules have been updated in order to reflect the changes in BIST Sustainability Index assessment methodology and the correction of the free float ratios for the shares that started to be traded for the first time in the secondary market with the free float ratios announced by CDC at the last business day of the week in which the said share started to be traded, effective from the third business day of the week.
