    BME's Fixed Income Market, MARF, today admitted Grupo Ecoener's new Commercial Paper (CP) Programme for 50 million euros. This programme is the first to be registered by the company on the market and will allow it to raise funding by accessing qualified investors to diversify its sources of financing.

The company is not supervised by BaFin. When presenting itself to customers, the company untruthfully claims connection to or identifies itself as the Cypriot company Stak FX Ltd, which is registered with BaFinBaFin has no reason to believe that the claim is true; rather, it is likely that Stak FX Ltd has become the target of identity fraud.
