(JRH), and Hector Javier Santos-Pagan (Santos) and his company Infinity Investment and Construction Management Corp. (Infinity), charging them with fraud and registration violations in connection with a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme involving pooled investments in retail foreign currency trading (forex).
