  • HKEx: Website Publication Of All Main Board Listed Company Announcements Will Replace Paid Newspaper Advertisements Next Year

    The Securities and Futures Commission has approved amendments to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong's Main Board Listing Rules requiring all listed companies to submit a soft copy of all announcements to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx). The announcements will be published on HKEx's website.

  • Deutsche Börse: ETF To Be Launched On The MDAX

    Deutsche Börse AG is further expanding its XTF market segment for exchange-traded index funds: A new index-tracker fund on the MDAX (WKN 593392) will be launched in XTF on Wednesday. The product is being issued by Indexchange. In addition to a total of eight index funds, private and institutional investors can also trade 11 actively managed funds in XTF in continuous trading.
