  • Oslo Børs: Changes To The Provisions For Transparency In The Fixed Income Market

    The Board of Oslo Børs resolved on 23 January 2002 to permit the reporting of manual trades in bonds to be delayed until the close of the trading day, with no minimum volume requirement. This change will come into force in conjunction with the introduction of the SAXESS trading system. This resolution will have no effect on trades that arise from automatic matching, and such trades will continue to be registered continuously.

    Oslo Børs Holding ASA achieved an operating income of MNOK 8.3 (-2.6) in the 4th quarter of 2001. Operating income for the year as a whole was MNOK 48.7 (15.3). Earnings after tax amounted to MNOK 49.8 (20.7) for the same period. The Board of Oslo Børs Holding ASA recommend to the General Meeting that an ordinary dividend of NOK 4 per share and an extraordinary dividend of NOK 14 per share to be paid.

    The Board of Oslo Børs resolved at a meeting held on Wednesday 23 January to impose a violation charge of NOK 500,000 on Fjord Seafood ASA in respect of breaches of the duty to disclose information to the market and to report to Oslo Børs. At the same meeting the Board resolved to delete shares in Alvern ASA from listing.
