Private market exchange ADDX has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Yangzijiang Financial Holding Ltd. (“Yangzijiang Financial”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), an SGX-listed, Singapore-incorporated financial company engaged in the businesses of investment management, and the provision of wealth management and fund management services. The MOU covers the distribution of the Group’s capital markets products.
