    Tradepoint Financial Networks plc ("Tradepoint") and SWX Swiss Exchange ("SWX") announced today the legal completion of the transaction between Tradepoint, the Tradepoint Consortium ("the Consortium" or "TP Group LDC") and SWX to create virt-x, a new pan-European blue chip market.     On 23 October 2000, the SWX Admission Board published the new Additional Rules for Listing in the SWX Local Caps Segment. Among other things, these regulations prescribe semi-annual financial reporting in accordance with FER, IAS or US-GAAP accounting principles.
