NASDAQ-100 European Tracker (EQQQ) Listed On Borsa Italiana

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ ® ) today announced that the NASDAQ-100 European Tracker SM has been listed on the Borsa Italiana and will commence trading today under the symbol EQQQ SM . This exchange traded fund (ETF) is designed to track the NASDAQ-100 Index ® , one of the most closely watched financial barometers in the world. The NASDAQ-100 Index is composed of the 100 largest non-financial stocks on The NASDAQ Stock Market.

At its meeting on 25 June 2003 the Board of Oslo Børs resolved that Groupe Bourbon is obliged to make a mandatory offer for Havila Supply ASA. At the same meeting the Board resolved to remove OHI ASA from listing on Oslo Børs, and to fine Choice Hotels Scandinavia ASA for breaching its duty to treat all shareholders equally and failing to observe good stock exchange practice in connection with the company's purchases of its own shares.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME) today announced the successful completion of the offering of 1,220,635 shares of Class A common stock by certain of its shareholders. The company did not sell any shares or receive any proceeds from the sale of stock by its shareholders in the offering. The offering was priced on June 18 at $69.60 per share - the same price as that day's closing price on the New York Stock Exchange - and closed on Tuesday, June 24.
