    On Jan. 13, DraftWorldwide launches the first marketing campaign for Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) since its initial public offering (IPO) last month.     In a move that enables the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to become a more efficient oversight regulator, the Commission announced today that it has authorized the National Futures Association (NFA) to conduct reviews of annual financial reports filed with the Commission by commodity pool operators (CPOs).     The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted to publish for comment a rule proposal that would direct national securities markets to prohibit the listing of any security of an issuer not complying with audit committee requirements set out in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
