New OMX Board Member Proposed

Following OMX’s merger with the Copenhagen Stock Exchange (CSE), the Nominating Committee proposed to the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 3, 2005, the election of Henrik Normann of Danske Bank as a member of the Board of Directors. The election of Henrik Normann was conditional upon the completion of the merger as well as approval from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.
