  • ISE To List Second Round Of Sector Indexes

    The International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) said that it listed options on sector indexes as described below. Timber Hill LLC is the Primary Market Maker for these sector index options which trade in bin 7. Effective Tuesday, July 12, 2005, ISE listed options on the following securities: ISE SINdex Index (SIN) will trade on a March expiration cycle with exercise and position limits of 31,500. The ISE SINdex includes owners and operators of casinos and gaming facilities,

  • IPE Brent Futures Set Second Consecutive Daily Volume Record

    IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) yesterday announced a second consecutive daily volume record in the benchmark IPE Brent crude oil contract. On July 13, IPE Brent volume reached 187,295 contracts, exceeding the previous day’s record volume of 185,144 contracts. Open interest in the IPE Brent contract stood at 368,944 contracts. This record follows the IPE’s April transition from open-outcry trading to electronic trading.

  • Helsinki Stock Exchange: Share Series Of HEXTECH Index As Of August 1

    The HEXTech index contains the 10 most traded technology share series in terms of their daily median turnover in Euro for the preceding calendar half-year on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The new structure of the HEXTech index will become effective on Monday, August 1, 2005.

  • Helsinki Stock Exchange: Share Series In The OMXH25 Index August 1, 2005 – January 31, 2006

    The OMXH25 stock index is a capitalisation-weighted and free float adjusted index. It contains the 25 most traded share series in terms of their daily median turnover for the preceding calendar half-year on the Main list of Helsinki Stock Exchange. The new structure of the OMXH25 index will become effective on August 1, 2005.
