    CBOT Holdings, Inc., holding company for the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®), announced today that revenue in the second quarter of 2005 rose to a new high, increasing 18 percent above the 2004 level, with record trading volume and a higher average rate per contract1 contributing to these results. Net income in the second quarter climbed 10 percent to $18.2 million, compared with $16.5 million in the second quarter of 2004.
