Quarterly Rebalancing For S&P/HKEx GEM Index – January 2006

New York Mercantile Exchange Changes Spot Month Position Limits For Some Emissions Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that it will reduce the current spot month speculative position limits for its two–year forward (RQ) and three–year (RR) forward nitrogen oxide emissions allowance futures contracts on NYMEX ClearPort® beginning on January 17.
