  • Final Selection Of Shares For The AEX Index, Amsterdam Midkap Index And Amsterdam Small Cap Index

    The AEX index, the Amsterdam Midkap index and the Amsterdam Small cap index are reweighted annually after the closing of the first trading day of March. The following changes will be made to the indices with effect from Thursday 2 March 2006, provided that no mergers, take-overs, delistings or the like take place in the interim.

  • Copenhagen Stock Exchange: TDC Removed From OMXC20

    Due to the tender offer from Nordic Telephone Company ApS (NTC) the liquidity in the TDC share has decreased remarkably and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has therefore decided to exclude TDC from the OMXC20 index in accordance to Rule 5.7 in Guidelines for calculation of the OMXC20 index.

  • CBOT Fed Watch - January 27 Market Close

    In advance of next week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on January 31, the Chicago Board of Trade will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract.  The CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract is a key benchmark interest rate barometer that reflects the forward overnight effective rate for excess reserves that are traded among commercial banks in the U.S. federal funds market.

  • Bovespa Successive Highs: Ibovespa Breaks 8th Record Of The Year By Closing January 26 At 38,014 Points

    Brazilian stocks closed Thursday 26 at record high for the eighth time this year. The benchmark Ibovespa stock index ended the session up 1.64% at 38,014 points, highest close since January 24, when it reached 37,999 points. The value traded in the session amounted to R$ 2.9 billion, highest value since December 14, 2005 when R$ 4.5 billion were traded.
