    Standard & Poor's, as part of the quarterly rebalancing, will update the shares outstanding for several constituents of the S&P Global 100, S&P Europe 350, S&P Asia 50, S&P ASX/50, and S&P Latin America 40 Indices. In addition, investible weight factors have been reviewed for the S&P Latin America 40 and the S&P Asia 50 Indices. All changes will become effective after the close of business Friday, December 15, 2006.
