- Data Point Modelling (DPM) Standard 2.0 significantly enhances and evolves the current standard, and is a key component of the EBA and EIOPA’s data dictionaries and a cornerstone of their reporting frameworks.
- This enhanced Standard is the joint response to the challenges of increased volume, granularity, and complexity of the data and lays the foundation for a robust and future-proof data dictionary, supported by adequate management tools.

CFTC Extends Public Comment Period On Proposed Rule To Address The Treatment Of Separate Accounts Of A Single Beneficial Owner By Clearing Members

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is extending through June 30, 2023 the deadline for the public comment period on a proposal to address the treatment of separate accounts of a single beneficial owner by futures commission merchants (FCMs) that are clearing members of derivatives clearing organizations, consistent with the no-action position in CFTC Staff Letter 19-17. The letter was supplemented and extended by CFTC Staff Letter No. 20-28, and further extended by CFTC Staff Letters 21-29 and 22-11. [See CFTC Press Release No. 8676-23]
