    Dr. Wu, Rong-I, former Chairman of Taiwan Futures Exchange, has been appointed as the new Chairman of Taiwan Stock Exchange, and Mr. Song-Chin Su, the incumbent TSEC Senior Executive Vice President, as the Acting President effective July 2, 2007. The tenure of TSEC former Chairman, Dr. Gordon S. Chen, and former President, Mr. Samuel J.S. Hsu, expired at the end of June 2007.

    Mr. Andy Yeh takes office as Chairman of Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) on July 4th, 2007. Prior to joining TAIFEX, Mr. Yeh was the Chairman of Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC). The former Chairman of TAIFEX, Dr. Rong-I Wu, has been appointed as Chairman of Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TSEC).

  • IWF Change For Hellenic Telecommunications (OTE) In The S&P European Indices

    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices effective after the close of trading on Thursday 05 July, 2007: Hellenic Telecommunications (OTE) (Greece, Sedol: 5051605, Sector: Telecommunication Services, GICS: 50101020), a constituent of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, IWF will change to 0.7197 following the placing of part of its holding by the Greek government.
