The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announces amendments to the Listing Rules in respect of expiry announcements for structured products. The changes take effect immediately.

MBB Sukuk Inc. today listed its US$300 million Islamic Subordinated Sukuk on Labuan International Financial Exchange (LFX). The Subordinated Sukuk was structured on a 10 Non-Call 5-year basis due in 2017 but callable with step-up in the profit rate in 2012.
